How does NightWell work?+

You tell us your shift times and goals, and NightWell generates a personalized daily plan — eating window, sleep schedule, hydration goal, caffeine cutoff, and exercise time — that you can track each day.

Is NightWell free?+

Yes. The core NightWell experience — schedule builder, personalized fasting and sleep plan, water goal, caffeine cutoff, exercise recommendation, habit score, streaks, and educational articles — is free. Premium unlocks meal plans, weight tracking, weekly reports, and more.

How is my fasting schedule created?+

NightWell uses your shift start and end times, sleep target, and goals to suggest an eating window that fits your circadian rhythm. You can choose from 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or a fixed 3 PM–11 PM preset.

Can I change my shift schedule?+

Yes. Update your shift times anytime from your profile or the Schedule Builder — your daily plan and dashboard regenerate automatically.

Do I need to fast?+

No. Fasting is optional. You can use NightWell purely for sleep planning, hydration, habit tracking, and streaks without following any fasting window.

Can I use NightWell if I work rotating shifts?+

Yes. Rebuild your plan whenever your shift changes. Premium members can save multiple shift schedules and switch between them.

Is my information private?+

Yes. Your data is stored securely, scoped so only you can access it, and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel Premium?+

Cancel any time from your account settings. You'll keep Premium access through the end of your current billing period.

Can I use NightWell on mobile?+

Yes. NightWell is fully mobile-friendly — open MyNightShiftReset.com in any modern browser on your phone.
