Terms of Service

You agree to provide accurate information, use NightWell for lawful personal wellness purposes only, and take responsibility for the decisions you make based on the educational content and personalized plans generated by the Service.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• Resell or redistribute NightWell content without permission

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@mynighshiftreset.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

NightWell offers a free plan and a paid Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If you're not satisfied with Premium, contact info@mynighshiftreset.com within 14 days of your initial purchase and we'll review your refund request. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we consider exceptions case by case.

All NightWell content, branding, code, and design are the property of NightWell and its licensors. You retain ownership of the personal data you enter into your account.

We work to keep NightWell available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be removed as the Service evolves.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NightWell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NightWell and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. NightWell is an educational wellness tool and is not a substitute for medical care — see our Medical Disclaimer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NightWell is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
